Sustainability
The design stage of the Samptec samplers started with the question;

What components should definitely be avoided?

Cooling Liquid R134a with a GWP of 1430 & Non-recyclable water absorbing PUR isolation.

Finding solutions for these was a challenge, but the patented result is a unique sustainable, recyclable, modern and high-quality product.

Refuse
R134a & PUR isolation are refused due to their environmental impact.

With R134a even already being forbidden in the USA and from 2030 also in the EU.

Reuse
The Samptec enclosure is made from recycled PE (4) material.

Our grey colored marble look is the result of a mix of recycled materials.

Recycle
The Samptec enclosure can be easily stripped from metal parts, (see stiffness frames in door or reed our recycle manual) and shredded due to our wall & isolation material being made of PE (4).

Giving as result a pile of high-quality reusable PE (4) plastic.

Reduce
This topic is accomplished in our design by using less material.

Resulting in a compact purpose build sampler enclosure being only 1 meter high.

Ideal for transport and material reduction.

Creating another benefit,

With eco-friendly cool refrigerant R290 and our easy exchangeable cool unit, you can service your cool unit easily also after 2030!  And if your cool unit brakes down, no problem we send a new or refurbished unit and with 8 screws and 2 wires your cool unit is replaced in 10 minutes.  You don’t need external specialists to do so.

SAFETY
The Samptec sampler operates on ULV 24VDC, only the power supply is 110-230VAC to be able to just plug it in.
